Raised in the not-quite-LA, not-quite-San-Francisco, northern suburbs of California, Bennett Coast has always found himself yearning for more than his surroundings. At 7 years old, Bennett began shooting videos, and has been nonstop ever since. Pairing his passion for visual storytelling with music, Bennett’s work evokes a sense of nostalgia that's hard to pin down, yet akin to the deep cuts of a first heartbreak, or the overall whirlwind of your teenage years. At 22, he’s written and produced several singles, as well as directed, shot, and edited his own music videos.
